In the case of rentals and sales, energy performance certificates must be submitted to the tenant or buyer upon request, at the latest upon conclusion of a rental agreement or for notarization. With the help of existing building documents and an on-site survey, I will provide you with the required energy certificate.
Application and processing of KfW subsidies
Whether as a direct grant or as a low-interest loan with a repayment subsidy, whether as an individual measure or as a KfW Efficiency House, I will support you in handling the KfW funding procedure, from the application to the disbursement.
Application and processing of Bafa subsidies
The Bafa supports you financially when you install a regenerative heat generation system for the first time or when you renovate your heating system in connection with a regenerative energy source. In the run-up to the measure, I check the suitability of the various options for you. Subsequently, I take over the application and handling of the Bafa subsidy procedure for you.
Creation of plant concepts (HVAC)
You intend to renovate your heating, sanitary or ventilation system? You already have several offers and are unsure what the heating companies have offered you there? Talk to me and I will work out a coordinated system concept with you in advance. With this concept you turn to several plant manufacturers, with the goal to receive comparable offers. I will be happy to check these offers for you in terms of content and costs.
Heating load calculation
Are you planning to renew your heating system? You have already made improvements to your building envelope in the past (windows, insulation)? However, the heating engineer you trust offers you a 1-to-1 replacement in terms of performance? You wonder whether the output of the new heat generator should actually be lower due to the building envelope improvement? To cope with this uncertainty, there is the possibility of an exact heating load calculation. I will provide you with the current heating load of your residential building on the basis of existing documents and an inventory.
